1. Delivery time
1.1. Delivery times vary depending on the type of shipment:
Between 3 and 5 working days for normal shipments. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, from 7 to 10 working days
And between 1 and 2 working days the urgent shipment.
2. Returns
2.1. You can return a product as follows: request the return through our website and a carrier will collect the item in the address you indicate, always located in the same country where you made your order. The transport company will contact you. Refund shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The products have to be in perfect condition and with their corresponding proof of purchase. Remember that the invoice you can print in the “My Account” section of our online store.
2.2. For hygiene reasons, clothing may not be returned or changed underwear
3. Tax
3.1 JUAN CORRAL RAMIREZ will not be held liable in any case for customs expenses, DUA documentation, etc. accrued when sending goods outside the euro zone, as well as in special destinations within the EU area such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
3.2 The customer is obliged to pay such fees together with the corresponding tax (IPSI, IGIC, Cabildo)
3.3 In the case of non-payment of these fees and/or taxes, JUAN CORRAL RAMIREZ is not responsible for such payments as well as for the goods giving it in abandonment and consequently not returning the amount paid to the customer.
